FORGED AXES

James Austin is an alumnae of UC Berkeley, graduating with a degree in Chemistry. He moved to Germany to study the craft under a master and is now well-versed in the restoration of antique decorative ironwork as well as contemporary metal design. His work for Palette is primarily making custom knives for Peter, like the oyster shuckers above.
