Many of them enjoy long-standing working relationships with Peter because they believe in his methodology, his vision, and his deep-rooted values when it comes to sustainability and authenticity.

CERAMICIST

Ben and Tolley

are based in Santa Cruz, created custom dinnerware and mugs, and collected whale rib bones for the restaurant decoration

GLASSBLOWER

Sam Schumacher

produces and continually fixes individually blown and stained glasses, foam-shaped lightbulbs, absinthe fountains

MURALIST

Nathan Richard Phelps

painted exterior with black white foam-like patterns, hinting at the ocean and seafood
